General delivery information:

The goods are delivered according to the selected payment term. The dispatch takes place within 1 working day after entrance of the complete purchase price plus delivery and forwarding expenses. The buyer is requested to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to notify the seller and the carrier of any complaints as soon as possible. Warranty claims remain unaffected. If the buyer is a consumer, the seller bears the shipping risk in any case regardless of the mode of shipment (insured or uninsured) and the resulting shipping costs. If the buyer is not a consumer, the delivery and dispatch take place at his risk. The delivery of the goods takes place exclusively in the countries, which are expressly specified with the individual articles in each case. The dispatch of the articles takes place world-wide.

Germany:

For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate of 3.90 € per order.
From an order value of 29.00 € we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

Austria / Switzerland / other EU countries:
For the delivery within Austria & Switzerland as well as the other EU we charge a flat rate of 9.90 € per order.
From an order value of 80.00 € we deliver free of shipping costs within the EU.

Other countries: No shipping possible

 

Delivery period:

From Monday - Friday paid goods (receipt until 14 o'clock) are shipped on the same day. Holidays excluded. Transfers usually take 1-3 business days. These are to be set off against the delivery time. Payments by Klarna invoice will be credited immediately.
